Often when we take a quick glance at a rhythm strip like the one above, we see a regular rhythm and we see normal P-waves and we name it sinus rhythm. However, there is a reason we are supposed to (quickly) examine each PQRST complex on the strip. Sometimes first impressions are not accurate!
