Since they know you are the "ECG expert", two nurses bring  you this strip to settle their dispute over interpretation.  The first nurse demands that you tell his friend that the strip clearly shows 3^rd degree AV block.  His friend smiles and says, "I know 3^rd degree AV block and this, my dear Watson, is no 3^rd degree AV block!"
